Here is a new concept of the Twin Loop Stitching for direct filing of your printed job. This technology hits the printing industry with a bang. Multicolour offset printers will adopt loop stitching for prestigious jobs of their multinational and corporate clientele. This method will enable provision of two loops at equal gaps to ensure direct filing of printed brochures.

German technology
Our endeavour is towards installation of one loop stitching machine per region to create an awareness of this German technology in India. This is our immediate goal till the production of Twin Loop Stitching picks up to meet the requirements of four colour offset printers all over the country. Thus, we shall be able to make provision to one machine for every region and cover the all India segment along with the exports front.

Creating Awareness
The Twin Loop Stitching machine provides two loops centrally at equi-distant positions with protruding / buldging loops which help in their direct filing. Sixteen such machines have already been installed in the four metros cities of India i.e. Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai. For creating an awareness of this latest technology, our offset printers and binder friends are welcome to visit their local colleagues in the region they may hail from and gather further details and information regarding the same. The technology guarantees a fool-proof performance and an eye-catching experience to turn out a quality job to be used by the ultimate customer for easy reference.

DRUPA 2000 & IPEX 2002 have provided us with a concrete platform for setting up this Hohner German technology of Twin Loop Stitching machines in India extremely suitable for automatic binding of catalogues, borchures, folders, booklets and balance sheets etc. which have a centre stitching involvement.
